I received a text with my technician name and pictured and eta. Loved this! He was very prompt and wasted no time in diagnosing the issue and repair cost. He repaired the issue and encouraged me to sign up for a service contract explaining the benefits in detail. I signed up! Justin was great!

Quick response time. Very knowledgeable. Gave different options of handling the issue. Pleased with this initial service. Update: Roger came back the next day to do the work! I am truly impressed with this company and the people I have delt with. They are professional yet friendly. Their prices are along the lines which I expected to pay. Impressive work done by Roger and Kyle. I will continue to use this company not only for home, but for other properties. Big thank you to Beth, Roger and Kyle for resolving my issues!

Lucky did a very thorough job, explained what & why he was doing certain things. He arrived on time, was polite & kind. Took care to put on shoe covers protecting the flooring. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. A great example of the quality of people representing CCAC. Service: plumbing system maintenance

Dante and Tyler did an outstanding job servicing my furnace. They were thorough and went under my house to check for any problems. They were also very courteous and personable. I really appreciated their good work. They are both fine representatives of your company.
Brian came on October 28th to check the cold air we’ve been having. He was prompt, thorough, and clear. He explained the problem and offered solutions that we could understand. He was just excellent and we would highly recommend him. Thank you very much

BEWARE....THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND WILL SWINDLE YOU! I had a new hvac installed (cost $15,8282) on 6/19/25 through the company Central Carolina Air Conditioning Pluming & Electrical. During the winter months it was significantly colder downstairs and significantly hotter upstairs (10-14 degree difference). On the 1/2/26 appt. I told the technician of the extreme coldness vs extreme heat upstairs. The technician said that the zone system was not working properly. He made a phone call to the company to have another technician come out for a followup. On the followup appt the 2nd technician reported the same. He then quoted me $500 for this part to be replaced. I expressed my concern & asked why I would have to pay anything with me being under their 5 year warranty (1 year labor and 10 year parts) & asked why am I having issues when my system is only 7 months old & why wasn’t this part replaced when the system was installed? He said he was not sure but was told the part was not covered. I contacted the company and spoke with the supervisor Jennifer Mills regarding my HVAC system not working properly and the extreme variations in upstairs and downstairs temperatures. I asked Ms. Mills, why this was not covered under my warranty. Ms. Mills stated that she would have to look and my information & call me back. Ms Mills called back & said zone actuator part is considered to be an “accessory” & not covered. My response was that if this part was vital to making my HVAC functioning properly, then why was it not included in my initial quote of my HVAC system installation? Ms. Mills response was that if Terry Hamilton (technician who checked my old HVAC system & sold me the new one) thought it was necessary to be replaced then he would have had that replaced & quoted it. I said that this was bad business practice & that the responsibility of replacing and paying should fall on their company. She only offered 10% off. How could they sell me a brand-new HVAC system & leave old and malfunctioning parts behind? They did not honor their “Customer Promise”
