Absolutely recommend CBH Homes! Our home was instantly captivating due to its modern design and striking white and black color scheme. We absolutely love our home! A special shoutout to our exceptional supervisor Gustabo; he went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. He was also incredibly responsive to any repairs we needed, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. As a result of the smooth and hassle-free experience we had with our first purchase, we’re thrilled to be purchasing our second home in this area.

UPDATE: After back and forth they agreed to finally replace the flooring and replace with something else. Then after agreeing (in an email) they changed their mind and decided to only replace a portion and with the same crap that is there. Not okay CBH!!!!!!!!! So frustrated right now! Please make this damn nightmare end. Adding their email as proof. So done right now.

This is our second home we have purchased from CBH and we should have learned our lesson the first time. Only a few months into our brand new home and the floor began separating and gapping. We followed all care directions. They mentioned it happens on occasion and fixed it. This continued 4 more times over the year, each time it getting worse. It’s how at the point where the floor has lifted and broke in areas (only been in the house 1 year.) They brought in the installers as well as a CBH rep who both agreed it should be completely replaced. The CBH rep said he had to submit it and we would hear back in 2 weeks. Now over a month later we just heard back and they state unless it’s a subfloor issue, it’s our problem. CBH reps even agreed the flooring they use is cheap/poor quality. I’m very disappointed in their decision to not stand by the recommendations. Do better CBH. Make it right!!!!

We recently purchased our beautiful home. We had the best experience, Kelsey Holmes and Team Tengler assisted us every step of the way. Kelsey was always there even when I needed a simple question answered. We couldn’t have had a better Realtor or lending team! We love our home and had the best team to make this possible. ♥️

needs better management with tools and transport. i haven’t even gone through this company but on the way to payette on the free way i was behind this truck(i had to zoom in and get a bit closer to take a picture of the license plate) and the broom flew out and smacked my car!! the broom literally exploded on the freeway and flew at my windshield and front driver side of my car! luckily there was no damages or else this would’ve been taken a step further.

I’ve owned my CBH home for a couple years now. Their homes are low quality. Since moving in, I’ve had issues with landscaping, electrical, plumbing. On top of that, Shelia Barton uses unethical practices when selling homes. I will never buy another CBH home, nor would I buy a home being sold by Shelia Barton.

Editing to add: I personally know Shelia Barton wife of Corey Barton of Corey Barton Homes (CBH) uses unethical practices selling homes. I had the misfortune of trying to purchase a home from her (not a CBH home but owned by CBH). I made a fair offer at full price, as Shelia was about to accept my offer, another offer came in 10k higher. “Shocker.” I was asked to match it, I said yes. Somehow the next day, the other bidder mysteriously upped their offer. It was clear that Shelia was bid shopping. Bid shopping while not illegal, is unethical. Now I have to wonder, does CBH bid shop for subcontracts? Is that why CBH has such low quality homes? It’s not even about losing the house, there will be other homes that are even a better fit. It’s the lack of morals and integrity behind these types of business practices.

Now back to my current home (which was built in 2023), so far I’ve had to repair a faucet that just fell off, replaced a cracked pipe under the kitchen sink, re-leveled the yard to guide pooling water to drain, realigned the fence so it could lock properly, now one out of the three light switches for the hall quit working. This is after already going through warranty for other plumbing and electrical issues that happened within the one year warranty period. The issues mentioned above happened after the one year warranty period so I went ahead and did the repairs myself.

It’s clear that the owner’s of CBH operate off pure greed. They lack integrity and have no issues crossing ethical boundaries; hence these homes being such low quality. I suppose to monopolize like they have, you have to be willing to step on the backs of locals to get there.

So CBH, I disagree. When the rich take advantage of hard working locals through unethical practices such as bid shopping, calling them out on a public forum is not only appropriate, but necessary. Corey and Shelia Barton, do better.
