We first had leak in a faucet , it was replaced but the handles were not installed , i could not do it myself since it uses a special screw . I have had to deal with them on another occasion , this time it was not their fault ,the tech they sent was good . The other issue i had with them is my water meter box is not installed correctly . it does not sit flush in the grooves of the pipe like it needs to . I am unable to install my smart meter correctly and it also floods the box with water from irrigation . Update 1. Dennis Rawlins a support manager reached out to me and apologized and promised to correct the issue . He sent a very friendly tech Brandon who fixed my issues . It was 15 minutes of worth of work and we both are happy . I would not hold one experience against them . so updating my review .
