The techs are good at what they do. CBG has been very responsive to my requests and the GM is great to work with. My one criticism would be around the internet connectivity for the generators. I purchased two Kohler generators a 20kw and a 60kw neither included the ability to connect to the internet. I was told that was optional, but I wasn't made aware of this when we purchased them and I of course just assumed they would be able to. Once I voiced my disappointment with CBG, they did the right thing and included the internet connection with each generator.
