Found out the washer valve was broken / leaking and needed repaired… called Cary plumbing at 9:30am. 10am Cary plumbing had already sent Donnie out, he was able to assess and get the 1993 gate valves replaced with the better 90 degree shut off valves. And much more at peace. Then I coaxed him into replacing my main shut off with that better constructed shut off valve! She responded with a quote for a replacement in about 5 minutes and when I called to confirm to move forward, the techs were already loading the truck. I called and Cary Plumbing sent their lead tankless technician, Bailey Hall, out quickly. Bailey diagnosed the problems, called the company that manufactured the water heater, determined that all the parts that failed were under warranty (even though they were over 10 years old), got the replacement parts shipped, and came back a few days later to install the new parts and get us back up and running. Bailey was always extremely professional, nice, smart, and effective.
