Woke up this morning to no heat in my house and my unit not responding to any thermostat calls for heat. I called the emergency number and thankfully, they were able to send Ramsey out to fix it and have my heat back up by early afternoon. Ramsey was great. Professional, respectful, and happily answered any questions I had while completing the job. The lady who answered my phone call to schedule was awesome as well. So sweet and helpful with getting a tech to come out, especially when the weather was calling for snow later that day.
