They were all extremely respectful, friendly and helpful. Brian took time to throughly explain all options answered all my questions (without making me feel stupid). Matt and his crew did an awesome job explaining the process and how the equipment works. They all communicated effectively and respectfully. Cleaned up like they were never even here (took old equipment, so we didn’t have to dispose). Hands down great service, if HVAC service is ever needed again, these are my guys and this is the company I’m recommending and using again. They explained everything they looked at, what they cleaned/repaired, and let me know everything looked good. Granted if there would have been an issue they would’ve let me know but they also didn’t nickel and dime me to fix something that didn’t need to be fixed. The techs were pleasant to speak to. Good customer experience! - 5/5 — Anonymous We had a great experience working with Carew. Our very old furnace (~30 years) broke down on a Friday during one of the coldest weeks of the winter. They came out the same day to assess things, and lent us several large space heaters to keep us warm over the weekend. The furnace was too old to fix and so we had our HVAC system fully replaced by Carew. Sales: The technician walked us through all the options and the costs and benefits. We felt he was honest about what we needed for the size and style of our home and did not try to pressure us into buying something we didn’t need. He gave a very clear explanation of the pricing and financing options. Installation: The installation team was professional and courteous. They arrived and finished on time. It was the middle of winter with a bunch of fresh snow on the ground but they did not track a huge mess inside. We did have to tidy up the utility room a bit, vacuuming and picking up a few stray screws and pieces. Outside, when replacing the AC unit, a couple of little wood borders we have in the yard were stepped on, but those were buried under snow and not visible at the time. So remember to mention anything like that beforehand to the installer. Service: A week after installation we had a problem with the thermostat/control unit. It was not sensing temperature correctly and did not trigger the furnace at the right times, making the house too hot or cold. We called Carew and they came out the same day. They quickly installed a new control unit, no questions asked or additional charge.
