When I called the office, they were efficient and helpful to schedule an estimate. Andy arrived on time for the appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very good communication from the start, and they were able to get someone out quickly for an estimate. Received multiple estimates for the job, and Capital City offered the best value. Also able to get me on their calendar quickly for the work to be completed. Had to re-schedule initial date due to weather, but again, great communication and they were able to get me back on the calendar for the very next week. Day of scheduled work, they were a little later arriving than scheduled, but did communicate throughout the day to keep me updated. From there, the project did take a little longer than anticipated, but they did complete the job. After completion, I did have a few concerns with the work, and would have likely given a lower review. However, when I contacted them about my concerns, they went above and beyond in making sure that everything was made right. They sent someone out the next day to assess what needed fixed, and then made sure to make adjustments to their schedule to come out and complete the work as quickly as possible. John came out and did great work and I am very satisfied with the finished product. The guys who did my repairs didn’t earn a 5-star review, but Brad Barr, who put in my shower, did! His craftsmanship was only exceeded by his work ethic. He spent many hours working to meet and exceed my expectations. He kept me apprised of the plan, any changes or challenges, and checked in with me regularly. He worked several nights for hours after “closing” time to get the job done on time. He cleaned up the work area so it was spotless after he left. The results? I couldn’t be happier!
