It was raining, so he put foot covers on before he entered my condo. Before he arrived, I received a text to let me know he was on his way. Good thing, because I was still asleep! He did his inspection and came back up to tell me what he found, and his recommendations. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE on his part. I feel he was honest in answering my questions. Before he left, he answered my questions about the history of Five Star and the additional services they offered. I was surprised at what other services they could provide. I feel very good about using Five Star, and I will continue to use them. I will also recommend them to others.
