The furnace went down on Christmas Eve, and they were out within an hour. My technician Tony was very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing my furnace. My furnace did come back up before he got there, but he did a complete inspection to make sure the unit was running properly, and also an inspection of the heat exchanger to ensure there was no dangerous carbon monoxide poisoning coming out. While he was there, I had him do a full tune-up and would definitely be calling them back to do work in the future.
