From the start, Wayne Albright was quick to respond to our inquiry, did a thorough in person inspection and offered the best choices for our home & lifestyle. No hard sell, no upselling, just choices and discussions about the pros & cons. So, knowing that our 12 y/o Hot Water Hester was nearing the end of its life, we decided to replace that too with an A.O. Smith unit. Today, their three man installation team came. Haneef, Dwight and Elishua were all prompt, polite and professional. And most importantly, it was clear they knew their business. Work areas, garage and driveway all cleaned up too.
