Burlington Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. came out to look at it. Was advised repairs would be significant and was provided an estimate for a new furnace that was reasonable. A week later the furnace died and we decided to replace. Called at 8 am Monday when they opened, spoke with Dana and was referred to Mark in sales. Mark recommended a furnace and advised the guys would be out in a couple hours. They arrived at 9:30 to remove the old one while the new one was picked up and delivered. By 10:15, David, the owner dropped off the new furnace to Max and Kim who installed it in 3 hours. They left no mess and were easy going. From start to finish was the best experience. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. - 5/5 — Anonymous Replacing a furnace is usually an unforeseen experience because the old one has conked out. I gave my self a three day window during which I contacted five different heating contractors including Reliance with whom I have a monthly heating contract, (big disappointment). I chose Burlington Heating & Air because their response time was the best and Dave Horner (owner) came across as being both efficient, knowledgeable and honest. The installation was performed by 'Cam' and helper in a very professional manner and the premises was left clean and otherwise undisturbed. - 1/5 — Anonymous Very disappointed with the service. We were charged $600 for duct cleaning and were told that the equipment they use is “the same” as a truck-mounted system. After the service, we learned this is not accurate — portable units do not provide the same power or results as a true truck-mounted vacuum. For the price we paid, we expected a proper high-suction system or at least a detailed explanation of what was included. Instead, we received confusing information and were charged more than what other reputable companies charge for a full truck-mount cleaning.
