We got a grant to get a fence for our, at the time, 3 year old daughter with Down syndrome because she bolted. They put it up. It looked good. I was going to paint it and the Owner said no, don’t paint this these fences. They look good unpainted. Wrong . Also the fence does not hold up, the pickets coming off. The back fence we had them fix after a few years. It was sagging and falling in. The guy installing was rude, left stuff everywhere and a few years later our fence is coming down again! Even with it cemented. They never call you back and are extremely rude- buyer beware! I will post pictures - 5/5 — Anonymous Bruce Bump built our fence originally in 2000. It was damaged recently in a storm. Bruce came out to repair the fence, one section and two poles and the broken pickets, now the fence looks just as good as when it was first built! In today's age, that kind of quality is unheard of! Thank you, Bump Fence!! - 1/5 — Anonymous Fence fell down twice. First time they did come and fix it but it took calling 3 times before they came. Second time they said it wasn't under warranty. It's only 3 years old. Obviously they didn't install fence properly, they didn't even dig the post holes down even 6 inches and wasn't cemented in the ground either, no wonder it keeps falling down. I spoke with the owner and I was shocked and very shaken, he was extremely rude and condescending yelling at me and mocking me. He said too bad and hung up on me! I have never had anyone from a business speak to me that way and he was the owner! - 5/5 — Anonymous Bump fence was quick to respond and schedule an estimate. The work took only 2 days and the fence looks great. Will use them again for the rest of my yard. - 1/5 — Anonymous Called because fence fell down that they put up, even though my other fence that has been there scince 1957 is still standing, when i called he was very ignorant and unprofessional and laughing at me saying its not under warranty even though it was put in in 2015 only 3 years ago and talking over me everytime I try to talk and saying its too bad in a condescending way while laughing, previously 6 months before this happened the fence kept falling out cause all the posts were only dug down about 6 inches, these guys do a hack job, and they wont answer the phone now because there getting so many calls after the nor easter cause all there hack job fences are falling out, never call them to do your fence, he's lucky he was talking to my mother on the phone and not me cause if anybody talked to me the way he did to her they would have problems, but there going to anyway I'm calling the Better Business Bureau today, if they reply to this trying to say its not there fault please dont believe them and never do business with them, this is the first review I've ever written on a company because they were so ignorant, instead of trying to work something out he just laughs at you and says its not under warranty, the guys a real jerk and a hack job and this was the owner of the company I was speaking to, Steve Bump, guys a real piece of work also I'd like to add he hung up on me twice. ## FAQ **Q: What types of fences does Bump Fence install?** A: Bump Fence specializes in the installation of various fence types to meet your specific needs.
