Robert is without a doubt the most honest man and plumber I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He does the absolute best work and communicates with the customer to tell them exactly what’s going on and how he will fix it. Since moving to my new house, I’ve had to call in for two emergencies and he was able to come same day within an hour. It is clear how knowledgeable he is and there is literally no plumbing issue that he can’t do or fix. It’s very clear he cares about what he does and wants to ensure safety and happiness for all of his customers. He’s incredibly responsive, follows up, and makes sure he gets the job done right - every single time. His two sons, Dylan and Jesse, are also wonderful. The main sewer line in our home was clogged. We first called a large national chain in for service. They attempted to snake the line, which was unsuccessful. That evening another individual was called out to view the line with a camera, which detected roots blocking the main sewer outlet. This was followed with quotes that required replacing the sewer line on our property, and removing pieces of concrete in the driveway costing >$10,000! The next day we called Bukowski Plumbing. Robert answered both my and my husband's questions over the phone and he was out to our house in the early afternoon. He snaked the line and successfully removed the roots within 30 minutes! He was professional, timely, explained everything, and was very funny! I sent him pictures of the problem so he knew what he was dealing with. The trap was installed wrong and the company wanted to charge me to come back out to look at it since I bought the disposal and they just installed it. Robert and Dylan arrived at 9:15 and they re configured the trap with heavy duty PVC. It's now actually out of the way so we can have easy access to items underneath the sink and it doesn't leak. Robert explained everything in detail. Then I had him look at the vacuum on the bib outside and he replaced that as well. It wasn't part of my original call as I just happened to remember the outside issue.
