Made our move absolutely stress-free, answered a LOT of my calls & questions and never made me feel rushed. Even after I moved-in, Keneisha continues to be the nicest & most helpful person ever. She goes over & beyond for BLT residents - with a smile at that. Beautiful person, inside & out. Her level of professionalism makes me happy to call a BLT property home. Keneisha is very personable, empathetic & responsive. My family & I feel absolutely comfortable and at ease because of her & on our very first meeting - we were ready to sign the lease.
