  I went In there to buy a Honda civic type r with dad they market up the car $5,300 I was told the car was sold by a lady then I went in the next day the car was still there. I went somewhere else and bought the same car for cheaper than what they were asking. It a shame it’s like my money isn’t good enough I buy 2 to 3 cars a year I can’t believe this  this business is still standing and scamming people.   let me be absolutely clear: if you are a serious customer who values your time, your credit, and your sanity, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DO BUSINESS WITH BRYAN HONDA FAYETTEVILLE, NC.
My recent attempt to purchase a vehicle from this establishment was, without a doubt, the single worst customer service experience I have ever endured. It was a chaotic, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional circus from start to finish.
From the moment I CALLED in, it felt like a game. I made a simple mistake – I accidentally typed my 76-year-old mother's Social Security number incorrectly on the application. A human error, an easy fix, or so I thought. Instead of a straightforward correction, it spiraled into an endless loop of incompetence.
I was subjected to:
•	Repeated, pointless calls from "various sales agents," each asking for the same verification information, over and over, as if they had no record of anything I'd already provided. It was a constant barrage of redundant requests, confirming they simply weren't listening or communicating internally.
•	A complete inability to get my application processed. Despite my mother agreeing to co-sign and me asking for a 0 deposit, due to my car, I was already driving and perfect payment history on was declared total. It felt like they were deliberately trying to stall or complicate the process. My honest mistake with the SSN became an insurmountable hurdle only because of their sheer disorganization.
•	Constant "deer in headlights" responses from every person I spoke to. The "finance manager" included! Every single individual was blindsided, promising to "call me back" and then failing to do so. It was a joke.
It is now DAY THREE, and I have yet to receive a single call back addressing my complete experience. Not one.
This whole ordeal has solidified one painful truth: Bryan Honda only wants customers whose profiles are in absolute "tip-top shape," and even then, they treat you like an inconvenience. My impression is that if there's any deviation from a perfect, no-effort application, they simply cannot handle it.
To anyone considering Bryan Honda: save yourself headaches, frustration, and disrespect. Take your business elsewhere. You deserve to be treated with respect, not like a pawn in their disorganized system.
