He got the job done in 20 minutes, after hours, and with no problems. He fit us in last minute and took care of us. It was a problem that 6 other plumbers couldn't fix. Very fairly priced too. He checked everything and said he didn’t know where it was coming from that everything was in place and that he would have someone come out and check the main line. That never happened. He also agreed to repair my shower that was installed incorrectly, but then canceled the day of the appointment. Someone called to reschedule and they missed that appointment as well and I haven’t heard back from that company since. My initial service with this company, was great but they didn’t keep the same standard of service moving forward. It’s disappointing to keep spending money with businesses and they cannot do what they’re hired for. Then you end up having to call someone else and find someone else. It’s so irritating. I’ve never had this experience in any place I’ve lived but besides Orlando. It’s like paying 4 times for the same job. I called about a toilet that had been installed incorrectly by a previous contractor, and they sent someone out the next day. He assessed the issue and got everything reinstalled efficiently, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. He also installed a bidet the same day. Now my toilet works perfectly and I’m genuinely relieved.
