Pierre came out to assess the situation and provided several options with clear pricing. He arrived on time, was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail—what he was doing, the updated plumbing codes, why larger commercial companies often charge much more, and why emergency services are usually scheduled on weekends. By the time he left, I felt completely confident in the work and the service provided. Pierre installed new shut-off valves so the water to the entire home no longer needs to be turned off, and he properly secured the drainage pipe to the wall, including fixing issues hidden behind the drywall that hadn’t been secured by the previous homeowner. He was also able to install both my washer and dryer, and they are running perfectly. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review—but the service was absolutely worth it. - 5/5 — Anonymous We could not be happier or more impressed with Brian B Quick and in particular their technician/plumber Jimmy Stewart. We were in a real jam on a Saturday. We called Brian B. Quick and much to our amazement they were able to provide service that day. When their technician Jimmy arrived, he gave us the news as to what needed to be done, and an estimate. He wasnt able to get to us until around 3 p.m. because he was at another job. As it turned out he had to a larger job and the thoughts were he would have to come back the following week especially because it was Labor Day weekend. But no he said I can start now. We followed him over to the home depot picked out the shower hardware with his guidance and he went to work not finishing until around 9:00. He had to work in really tight quarters to do the job and minimize later repairs. He was able to do it and while it would have been perfectly understandable for him to call it a day at any point and return later to finish the job; he stuck to it doing a fantastic job, demonstrating the work showing us all the details and providing follow up information should we need it. In both instances, the service far exceeded expectations - prompt, courteous, professional, experienced, efficient. Today, Dan was the technician sent to our home to install a faucet in our backyard. Everything about the experience was exceptional. Dan quickly assessed the layout and condition of our piping, and offered several recommendations for installation. A very reasonable price estimate was provided, to which we agreed in the same visit. After a quick trip to obtain the needed supplies, Dan returned and completed the work in very short order. Dan explained exactly what he did and the steps we should take to maintain the faucet in cold weather. We are very satisfied with the service and results we have received from Brian B. Today my friend’s husband came to take a look at my garbage disposal. He found a bone was stuck, remove it and now my garbage disposal is working. The technician Pierre from Brian B. Quick did none of that and only tried to make a sale. It is so unfortunate that these type of experiences occur with businesses trying to take advantage of people. ***************************** I wish I could give zero stars. I just had the most uncomfortable experience with Pierre, technician sent out to give me an estimate. First technicians should bring shoe booties to cover their shoes. Pierre came in trying to sell me a garbage disposal without determining whether or not if a new one was required. He spent more time talking about the type of garbage disposal I currently have, how long the warranty would have been. I finally had to ask if he was going to check to see what was wrong with my garbage disposal. He asked location of my breaker box, I stated in the garage. I went downstairs to reset the garbage disposal on the breaker box. I came back upstairs, he said there is power but the motor is gone. I ask cost of replacement and all he shows me at first is the cost $807. I ask him to show me the complete estimate and he seemed taken aback that I wanted to see line items of the estimate. He showed me a full page of work required to replace the garbage disposal, but no cost of the actual garbage disposal. He stated they just give a flat rate because they go to the supplier and their garbage disposals are better than Home Depot’s. I told him I know people who have purchased garbage disposals from Home Depot and they work this fine. I told him he made an inappropriate statement talking about product from another company. He became offended. He kept trying to explain himself and I had to kind of indirectly to leave my home. I had to ask him to give me a copy of the estimate. Pierre needs to work on his professionalism and conduct himself in such a manner throughout the time he is providing a service. I am highly disappointed. I immediately called the company and ask to speak with the owner. The representative took my information stating she was going to reach out to Mr. Brian Quick. - 5/5 — Anonymous I had a great experience with Dion from Brian B Quick Plumbing. His communication was excellent—he gave a 40-minute heads-up before arriving and provided clear, regular text updates throughout the job since I wasn’t onsite. He quickly diagnosed an issue with the garbage disposal, clearly walked me through my options, and was very honest—after unjamming it, he did not push an unnecessary drain cleaning. He even sent a video confirming everything was fixed. Dion also investigated a suspected leak affecting the unit below, coordinated thoughtfully with all parties, and once he confirmed the issue was isolated to the lower unit, he promptly sourced materials and completed the repair.
