They were able to come out the same day, and the technician, Cordero, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When it became clear that I needed to replace the unit, I worked with Dan, who took the time to walk me through all my options. He answered every question thoroughly, made everything easy to understand, and was never pushy. A few days later, Scott spent the entire day installing the new HVAC system. He did an excellent job and took the time to explain everything once the work was done. The whole team was responsive, friendly, and professional throughout the process. They even expedited the installation, which I really appreciated. We left a message for service and Nick came out at 9:00 the next morning which we appreciated. He repaired the furnace and it now works properly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because while we had a valid 15% off coupon, we couldnt use it because we could not print it-we have no printer. He even called the office but they said no. Couldn’t they have taken a picture of it off of our phone? Note-Bratcher’s called me to say that not accepting online coupons is no longer their policy and they are issuing a refund for the 15% off my bill.
