Mine was a complicated project for a lot of reasons. I found Adam to be very thorough and also accessible. Communication is key when you have a big project going on, right? He gets 5 stars for that alone. His crew did great work. The person who led the job was a master. And, the cost was surprisingly reasonable (in 2021). I don't know what the costs are like in 2023. Adam was very careful about the neighbors, too. He talked to them (or suggested I do) whenever he thought it was necessary, to keep everyone happy and informed about what to expect. Boundary is also careful about obtaining city permits. They play by the rules, which is important to me.
