  We had an excellent experience with Roger and his crew. From the very first call, they helped us plan out a full boiler replacement and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and patient — they made sure we understood our options before starting.

The installation itself was no small job. Access to our basement isn’t easy since we don’t have a bulkhead, but their crew handled it like pros. They worked cleanly, efficiently, and treated our home with respect. Everything was done on schedule, and the new system is running perfectly.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill, communication, and genuine pride in their work — but Boucher and Sons absolutely does. Highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or plumbing work done right

  We recently had a Burnham boiler installed by Boucher and sons plumbing and heating. Roger came by to look at our old system and offered recommendations. His estimate was better than the other one we had received and we felt he was very honest in his recommendations.  Installation was on time and went very smoothly. We found Roger to be very professional and personable. Roger even made a follow up call to make sure everything was running well.   We recently had Boucher & Sons out to do a deep clean on our mini split units, and I couldn’t be more impressed. After a disappointing experience with another company, we discovered that our units had mold growing inside—something that had been affecting our family’s health.

Roger’s team was fantastic from start to finish. They were thorough, professional, and respectful of our home. Even though I wasn’t there during the service, they took detailed before and after photos so I could see exactly what had been done. The difference was night and day—our mini splits are spotless now and running better than ever.

  I highly recommend Boucher Plumbing and Heating, a great family business! After reading so many positive reviews, I reached out to Roger with an urgent plumbing issue. Despite having a full schedule, he went above and beyond by shifting things around to send his son the very next day to fix a leaking toilet.

Later, Roger installed a new water filtration system and kitchen faucet for me. He was punctual, incredibly friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. The quality of work is outstanding, and I’m so glad I chose them. Boucher Plumbing is officially my go-to for all future needs!
