I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. ...I've been a home owner now in 3 different states, over 20 years, so I've hired a lot of contractors over the years for different things. Wish they could all be like Boss Heating & Cooling! I've never been more impressed with a company. Boss Heating & Cooling installed a new boiler/ heating system at my house a few years ago. Honestly the unit's had a few issues but I don't worry because this company stands by their product and service. They take whatever time it takes and do whatever needs to be done to ensure this system is working properly. I even had to call on the weekend during this recent brutal cold snap when I had no heat, and they were right there for me. The office staff are always pleasant, technicians are polite and total pros, and Paul the owner has a strong business ethic. Paul and his helper arrived right on schedule, worked quickly and very neatly and had the old tank out and the new one up in running in no time. It is a great unit, competitively priced with a long warranty, so I am looking forward to many years of good service. They were very courteous and respectful and happily answered all of my questions.
