The install crew was very professional, kept our areas clean and Tommy the site foreman answered all of my questions. Denny was great to work with and was timely on installation scheduling. I had told them that my dad had passed away a few years ago and that my mom was having a hard time keeping up with maintenance around the house. When I didn't when the raffle Eric and Skyler reached out to me to see about giving me an estimate as it had been about two years since the gutters had been cleaned. Eric came out gave me an estimate (while looking for any signs of damage to the gutters) for both just the cleaning and also one for guards that included a cleaning. Mom and I approved the estimate with the guards. We were both pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced it was and that a cleaning was included. The estimate also included KY sales tax. The crew came about a week later to clean everything out and to put the guards on. The crew was super nice and friendly. I had been worried about the side where all the trees were and asked about finding any trees in the gutters, they joked that they also found some carrots. Haha, I said that my secret garden was gone now. The crew cleaned up all the debris from the gutters. The crew worked fast and efficiently and was done pretty fast. Since Mom and I were heading to Richmond anyway, we dropped off payment at their office in Richmond. Everyone that I interacted with, be it over the phone or via text, were all nice, professional, and welcoming. My brother is currently working on building his house and I asked Eric how far out they go to see if the area they cover included where his house is. He said they cover about an hour out from Lexington and when I showed my brother's address, he said that they cover that area too. My brother has seen the guards on our mom's house and likes both the look and the price (although he said they'd do black instead of the white). The price was fair. The service was quickly scheduled. My first call was on Monday. Denny came and checked things out on Tuesday and also sent the estimate the same day. The service was scheduled on Wednesday and the work was completed on Friday. The guys providing the service were polite and friendly. They completed their work quickly and left no mess for us to clean up.
