Our back deck was 20+ years old, and started to crumble and deteriorate around the rails and steps (included an old picture before it started falling apart). We wanted to demo it and install a concrete patio. We reached out to five or six companies: some didn’t respond, others didn’t want to do it, and the one company that did come out quoted $20-30 thousand minimum. Thankfully Isaiah came in confidently and at a great price. He was very friendly and operated with no pressure. You can tell he cares and was very easy to work with. We had great communication and the crew took care of it while we were at work. We are now starting to build dirt up so we can plant landscaping and move our potted plants back to the porch. The driveway was a big job, and as promised, 2 days. I watched the process and took photos. He was very encouraging to his crew, hands-on, and professional. When schedules aligned, he returned for a long-awaited project, a full patio on the back of our home. He delivered again, as promised. Again, he has a very good crew, and he spent time teaching. .
