Black Plumbing called the same day and made appointment for 5 Dec. Josh (the attending tech) called to inform me he would be later. That was GREATLY appreciated, respectful and just good customer service. Josh came over diagnosed the problem (which had to be rectified the following business day). Mind you, this faucet was not for daily use so the Monday appt was ok. Josh discussed the issue and gave me options. He left but the faucet was leaking , I called Josh and he had to come back to make pipe adjustments. The leaking was ceased. He returned Monday to replaced the faucet. The faucet was pretty much identical to the original one. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Josh. He was very professional, courteous and showed no signs of disgust because he had to return. Thanks Josh - 5/5 — Anonymous Black Plumbing Heat & Air has been excellent to work with! Thanks to Chad L., we got our master shower fixed! It was a new construction mistake and our worst nightmare. He knew exactly what we needed and how to get it done!
