They were very thorough with their explanation and showed me using their snake camera what the issue is. Unfortunately I have to have pipe replaced because the cast iron pipe corroded. My home is 66 years old. They told me what the price would be to replace it but they also gave me other options that would only be temporary. They were very polite and answered all questions that I had. I'm very pleased with today's visit. I also have used them in the past and have nothing but good experience with them. Wearing shoe covers what's a big plus for me. So after the above I decided to have the pipes hydrojetted by Rick and Mason from Bison. It should last a while now. They did a great job.
