  We love Bill’s! They are always knowledgeable, responsible, clean, and friendly. When we needed a new furnace last fall they were upfront about costs and helpful throughout the process on deciding whether we would repair or replace.   Mike was such a friendly service man who knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace he explained everything to me and even brought me some heaters to keep me warm until the part for me furnace came in the last few days.  I would recommend Bill's heating to everyone. I give them 5 stars!!

  We have had repairs on our furnace as well as the installation of a tankless water heater done by Bill's and we will be lifelong customers. They are professional and great at what they do. We know we can trust them, which is huge! We will definitely call on them for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

  Tony was the technician who diagnosed and repaired the electric furnace at my home. The furnace would push air through the ventilation system, however the air would not be heated for more than 10-25 minutes, and was accompanied by a fairly loud buzzing noise when kicking on. I previously had technicians from another local HVAC company attempt to diagnose the issue with my furnace, and they were not entirely certain what the issue was, and could only offer speculative solutions to the issue. Tony from Bill's Heating and Cooling was able to tell me not only what the issue was, but also was able to physically show me the part that was malfunctioning, and described that the loud buzzing noises I had been hearing when the furnace kicked on were caused by this specific malfunctioning part. He was able to offer a clear explanation of the issue, and began the process of having the replacement part ordered all within the first hour of him visiting my home.

There were issues with acquiring the replacement part for my furnace, causing some delay in the overall turnaround time for the completion of the repair. However, this delay was initially due to a fault in the replacement part that had been received, which Tony quickly identified this issue after installing it in my furnace. The second delay was due to an incorrect component being ordered for the replacement part (Tony did not cause this error). After identifying that the incorrect component had been ordered, Tony personally coordinated with the office as well as the supplier to ensure that the correct component to complete the repair would be sent. He then fully completed the furnace repair within 72 hours. In my interactions with Tony specifically I feel that he showed a lot of initiative and flexibility in not only performing the diagnosis and repair, but he took a lead role in coordinating the delivery of the correct replacement parts.
