All direct and to the point. My water heater was shot after being 16 years old. A fair price to fix the current one, which may or may not have lasted or get a new one. I chose the latter option. Lee was the technician that came out to install the new water heater. He was super cool, professional and did a great job. He showed up, assessed what he had to do and within 10 minutes was working on the replacement. A few hours later, he was done, the old heater gone, the new one installed and running great with all the California requirements. Great job and I'm thankful to have hot water in my house again.
