I had a Water Heater go bad and with a family of 10, no one could shower. He was very professional and informative. He rushed out and completed the job beyond my expectations. Worked on my water lines and shut valve of on top and brought it back to code with straps and a Thermal expansion tank. Explained everything in terms i could understand and did everything in a timely matter. I am 100% happy and impressed by Benchmark Plumbing. I called Benchmark Plumbing and they came out the next day, even arriving earlier than expected (they called first to verify early arrival was ok). They found there was no leak at the base of the toilet. I'd planned on replacing this old toilet with a new one for some time. They said they could go get a new toilet and install it right away. So within a couple of hours of their first arrival I had a new modern toilet installed. Levi and Ryan did exceptional work. Excellent installation and cleanup, and they hauled away the old toilet. Very nice to deal with Levi, the owner of the company and his apprentice, Ryan. February 2026... I had Benchmark Plumbing install a new shutoff valve at my water meter box, and they replaced two outside faucets with frost free style. While under the house, they noticed the bathroom and kitchen sink drains had been leaking for some time since the 60+ year old pipes had corroded. They recommended I contact Dry Pro to clean up the water and sink debris under the house. When Dry Pro finished, they coordinated with Benchmark to come back. Then Levi and his apprentice Ryan replaced the worn-out piping under the house. They were very efficient and explained everything before and during the work. I've dealt with a number of plumbers over the years and have never had the pleasure to work with someone like Levi and Ryan from Benchmark Plumbing. As I said, Levi carefully explained the work to be done, offering an option that would save time and money on the drain pipe repair. After these service visits from Benchmark Plumbing and getting to know Levi and Ryan, I feel like I had my plumbing repair done by a couple of old friends.
