They don't match price with other company. I told him I had a quote from other company. I also had a name of that company and told them that they gave me price quote for replacing toilet is $200 but you were charging me $365. He told me that $365 is his company flat charge for toilet replacement. Since it was emergency that's why I still did with them. He did good job.
