We recently had our older propane heating system replaced by Greg (the owner) and Ezra. They did an amazing job in addition to being prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their attention to detail sets the bar high - it’s plain to see they take great pride in their work. As a customer, to have a company care so much about every step of the process is refreshing and reassuring. A huge thank you to the whole team at Beaulieu Energy for making sure we stay toasty warm this winter and have plenty of hot H2O! - 5/5 — Anonymous From the very first call I made about our water heater leaking to them completing the installation of a brand new oil tank, a Pure Pro Trio cold Start Oil boiler and an indirect water heater the service has been fantastic. Response to calls and questions answered by Anna were always quick and helpful. I felt from the start like I’ve been a customer for years. Greg was very helpful with reviewing our options for replacement and what we were ultimately looking for. The estimate was straightforward and reasonable. We liked the fact that he didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t want. The install crew Ezra and Mike were courteous and moved quickly but efficiently. They definitely know what they’re doing. They had the old equipment moved out so fast it was unreal. Ezra is so knowledgeable and really made sure we knew how the new system works. We are so excited with our new system and couldn’t be happier with our decision with choosing Beaulieu Energy Services. They will be highly recommended by us to our friends and neighbors. - 5/5 — Anonymous Beaulieu Energy Sevices is top notch. Gone are the days of empty promisses if you hire Beaulieu Energy Services. The owner, Greg kept his word. We talked during the on-site estimate process and he answered all the questions. An estimate was created and I recieved it the very next day. Signing the estimate triggered the request for a down payment. The down payment secured an install date. Two days before the install date, I recieved a call from Anna with the reminder of install. Ezra, James and Greg were on-site and removed the old and installed new on day one. Day two was only half a day. Ezra and James walked me through the features of the new boiler, signatures were gathered along with the remaining payment. I 100% suggest this business. They've cared for our home's furnace for about 4 years now and always they are on time and knowledgeable and fix everything up so we can have confidence in our heat in the winters! Furthermore, when I needed a minisplit added to finish my garage space into a working art studio, they were on top of things! Other companies dithered a bit because it was late in the season (November) and a small-ish job but Beaulieu responded the same day to my inquiry and the owner came out and gave me a quote in hours! Their team did wonderful work and now I have a super comfortable space that stays equal to withstanding the elements to work and create in!
