The house was built in 1938…. We’d received 3 estimates for this job. Knew this would not be an easy, quick fix project. Omar came out on time, he was friendly, knowledgeable & informative. His estimate; although the highest (only by a few dollars) the detailed invoice & the step by step information provided by him, gave me peace of mind to hire Bayshore. The job was started the next day with a crew of great, friendly & efficient technicians. Throughout it, Omar called to assure me of things getting done, sent photos of damaged cast iron pipes, what they inevitably found further down other pipes needing to be done. (That expense has to be another time for us!). Omar also had the crew replace existing pipes that were not included in the estimate! Which was unexpected, thoughtful & greatly appreciated! We went with Bayshore plumbing because the extensive range of services they can do. I personally was left feeling very comfortable & confident Bayshore Plumbing was the choice to go with after Omar left.
