I would recommend their services to my friends and family and will continue going to them myself in the future. From the first phone call with Lydia and Jasmine, their whole team was efficient, helpful, and pleasant. The office got back to me quickly and the entire process very smooth from start to finish. The plumber Angel and owner Robert were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was an honest local business that delivered an outstanding quality work at a fair price! - 2/5 — Anonymous The installer did a good job overall—he arrived on time and installed the new valve correctly. There were no issues with the technical work itself. (only reason to don't give 1) The main disappointment was with billing and follow-up. They charge from the moment they leave their facility, not from arrival on site, which is important to note given their rates are not inexpensive. I ended up spending $300 for a job that I could have done myself in about 10 minutes. The installer was initially scheduled to return after the building turned the water back on to verify that the valve was functioning properly. However, after we inquired about travel time, the owner reacted negatively, was rude and unprofessional, and ultimately decided not to return. Would I use their service again? Probably not. - 1/5 — Anonymous RIP OFF. STAY AWAY. ZERO STARS. I called for a leaky faucet. Plumber came, worked on the faucet, fixed minor two toilet issues, and I paid $850. Next day, the faucet is still leaking. WARNING: You pay $177 per hour plus "drive time". - 1/5 — Anonymous Nothing special here, it’s same as getting someone from Home Depot and having them work and hope it works but you are paying top dollar. They worked on 155 Sunrise Dr Key Biscayne Florida, 4 th floor to change a shower kit and bath drain , the person they send didn’t seal the pipes properly, the water was leaking from 4th floor to 3 rd and 2 nd floor, I called their emergency number and was told they need $ 323 per hour and no guarantee if that truck would have parts, it’s ideal to have the water running all night and call in morning. The next day I spoke to the owner Beans Robert explained him the 48 hours leak and asked how will he replace the damage sheet rock and his answer was he will let me know, the new tech sent by him came and said the 1 and 2 nd person didn’t seal it properly, and now fixed, ofcoarse no solution of replacing the ceilings on my unit or the one above. As usual they are only interested in ringing the register and move on. This is a performance in a 4 story building, imagine what happens in a regular home, by the time you find out the problem it’s too late. Any Joe blow can change a toilet or unclog a toilet. Bottom line, just because they have painted trucks with matching color combination doesn’t mean it’s service, call them take a chance, hit or miss. - 5/5 — Anonymous Bay Plumbing is reliable, professional, and always delivers excellent service both residential and commercial.
