The quality of service is second to none, from our initial phone call to the wonderful and helpful office staff and clear communication about any possible schedule changes, to the first impression of the salesperson and technicians who are knowledgeable about the business which makes a large purchase with a large installation process painless. The humidifier has greatly improved our allergies, and skin, even the pets dander has subsided greatly. So we happily and highly recommend having your ducts cleaned and consider adding that humidifier! Our home environment changed in 24 hours and we can breathe easy now. He found one minor issue and provided several suggestions and I ended up choosing one of the solutions as preventive maintenance to have no worries going into the next cooling season. He was professional, clean, careful and educated in what he was talking about. I also let him put a sign up in our yard in case anyone else in the neighborhood would want to try Baxter out. I also liked the 15% off of the new part that was installed today due to me being in the maintenance program. They are scheduled to come back out in October to do more work and I feel good now that I know this is how they operate, thanks again. I wanted to also thank Zacc Watt for fixing our garage heater a few months back! He was persistent in finding the small gas leak and had the part in the van to fix it same day. He also looked into and got the part under the warranty that was still good.
