Thank you to Luke, Hugo, Victor, Jose and Vincent for working together to complete our project! Part 1. They patched, textured and painted the walls and ceiling. Part 2. They cleaned, sanded and installed the floor coating. The price was reasonable and they gave us a bundle discount. We are having our patio concrete stained in the Spring. This is the first time I have done a project like this, and I sought multiple estimates. A number of companies didn't respond. Of those that did, Battle Born was definitely the best. Derek spent a substantial amount of time with me during the initial consultation, looking at my home and discussing the best approach to the job. He was also very helpful answering questions about related work, like how to address replacing the gutters. He stayed in communication between when I signed the contract and when the job started. When it came to the work, the team was on time, efficient, and friendly. I was so impressed by how quickly they worked and the attention to detail. The foreman, Daniel, kept me informed throughout the process and answered questions I had along the way. The house looks amazing. "If you want it better do it yourself" was the last comment one of the employees made to me that pretty much sums up the quality of work they are ok with. In general my house looks better but no where near the professional best in town paint job they try to make it sound like you are getting. My job was about $10k and I should have gone with the cheaper options for arguably the same quality. Hard pass on Battle Born painting if you are picky and expect a professional job. Even harder pass if you don't want to deal with a project manager doesn't make excuses for every little thing you point out. Oh and they want to charge you $150 to take away the trash they make on the job. No thank you. Never again.
