They left the work area as clean as it was when they arrived. When I explained to them my furnace issue they fully explained to me and showed me the problem. Bassist had a good price and a promising warranty I feel confident in the product and repairs I just received. Had some furnace issues and Tim came to give us an estimate on a new furnace and Tristan and Jordan came to install the new furnace. Everything from the first visit to the install was amazing. Tim did a thorough estimate and explained everything so well and Tristan and Jordan did an exceptional install job. They took extra care in putting on the shoe covers to keep my house clean as well as explaining the whole new system. They all were kind, respectful, and efficient. I will definitely be using them when it’s time to upgrade our Ac unit! Permit submitted for hot water heater and inspection next week. He was thorough, meticulous in the details and finished with no leaks and no mess. He tolerated my barking dog without complaint and worked very diligently to compete the job in a timely manner. He was courteous and explained the details when I asked. Top notch dedicated plumber! UPDATE 2/9/26 Tim came over to replace the cartridges in my 2 showers. Since it was about 13 years since they were serviced the handle set screw, the escutcheon cap on both of them were very hard to remove. What I appreciated about Tim was his persistence in working to get these removed using lubricants and tools. Finally after much effort he was able to remove both of them and replace the old cartidges. Both showers are running great--like having new showers! Thanks Tim.
