Rona answered my initial phone call and was very nice and offered to have Dave come out that evening if need be, that wasn't necessary so Riley came the next day and fixed a small leak and setup a plan to get warranty parts to fix our water heater. While he was there I brought up a high pressure issue so he quoted that as well. Riley just finished up replacing the water heater burner, thermocouple and gas valve and installed a pressure reducing valve to get the incoming water pressure back in line.
