I had a tankless water heater, and the heater treater scale protection filter started leaking. Cory initially came and inspected it, I decided to upgrade the whole house water system with the water softener and conditioner. Cory was very knowledgeable and offered great price, was very responsive, flexible and quick to schedule. Want to give a shoutout to the entire staff at Barker and Sons, i contacted various plumbing companies and got different quotes. Barker and Sons not only offer great price, they are long standing reputable family, from every point of interactions even the initial calls, you can tell the difference and they really care about customer experience and satisfaction, and stand behind their service. On installation day, Cory and Jesse did a super swift and thorough job. Installed the water softener and descaled the water heater and unclog the drains in my bathroom too. Want to give special shoutout to Cory, for going above and beyond, after they left, my recirculation pump started leaking for some reason, it may or may not even be related, Cory returned the same day and worked late into the night to ensure it’s not leaking.
