We called and got an immediate response. They explained what will be the process and we were hoping for the best. They were able to find the location where the water was blocked and were able to heat it up to allow the flow again. They were great and happy no leaks or burst pipe and explained our next steps until Spring before closing the openings they had to do to find the spot.
