Walls Heating & Plumbing. They truly make you feel like a priority every time - even with last-minute requests, and they consistently go above and beyond to help. This past weekend we completely lost water. Our pipes weren’t frozen, but it ended up being an issue at our meter with Artesian Water. We waited all weekend and called Artesian multiple times, but they wouldn’t send anyone out and kept telling us to call a plumber. We called B. Walls and they came out right away. They checked everything thoroughly, unfroze the pipe in the yard and at the meter, and even called Artesian on our behalf to explain exactly what was going on. After that, Artesian finally came out and replaced the meter in our yard. I’m genuinely so grateful, especially with how cold it’s been - to have our water back and to have a team that truly cares.
