With the 2026 ice storm expected in a few days, I was hoping to be seen quickly—but I was not expecting same-day service by any means. Not only was the call scheduled the same day, but the service was completed the same day as well! Andrew Phillips was a fantastic technician. He explained each step of what he was doing and why, and he also brought to our attention two issues we were previously unaware of, along with the recommended services. Andrew never tried to push a sale or pressure us into making a decision. He simply made sure we understood our options and explained what would eventually be needed for the longevity of our unit—even if we chose not to move forward with services that day. Not only did we walk away with great service, but we also became service members, all thanks to Andrew’s excellent customer care.
