B & J bought company and are never on time and when you talk to them on the phone you get an attitude. Have a warranty package for services so forced to use them. Bottom line if my warranties were not with this company I would be using a different company. When they are late they blame you for their dispatchers. When you have proof of your scheduled time and date they just can never find in system. One person blames the next.
