We were having problems with our water heater, and another plumbing company made everything worse. Kurt came and assessed the situation, called the manufacturer and spent a full hour on the phone talking to them, got the approval for the replacement under warranty, went to two Lowes because they didn’t want to take the old water heater back even though we had the authorization number, he dealt with their poor management and spent 3 HOURS talking to people, and finally got us the new water heater. He charged us only for the installation, even though he spent the whole day (from 9:15am to 4pm) working with us. I am extremely grateful for their business, and we’ll keep calling them for any other plumbing service we need.
