In any long distance move, there are going to be some issues. Austin, the owner, addressed those issues and solved the problem. Very disappointed as I now have to go through my own insurance company. Brand new washer and all they want is to replace it with a part from somewhere. Edit- to add response to owner I have text messages to show I asked for your liability insurance information and you refused to give it. I told your employees I would not pay for the services as I had just bought the washer two weeks before and wanted a brand new one due to scratches. Also your staff didn’t notify me immediately. They tried to hide it and sweep up the mess which is all on video. Lastly I informed you I was going to buy a new washer with the money I was to pay you since you refused to respond to me. They also damaged my floors in the laundry room when putting the dryer in there. You are more than welcome to come by and take pictures anytime and you will see all the additional damages on the walls and floors. Please be careful using this company. I’m not sure if the new guys didn’t know what they were doing. I am very disappointed in you all.
