After reading many reviews, I decided to contact Miguel Martin directly, and I’m very glad I did. Miguel was professional, responsive, and took full ownership of the process from the very beginning. He handled all communications with the insurance company, arranged towing quickly, and kept me updated at every stage. Unfortunately, after further inspection, the insurance company decided to declare the vehicle a total loss, so the repair did not move forward. Even so, Miguel remained extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the vehicle release process, despite not ultimately performing the repair.
