When Bryan arrived, the unit was off. He ran a full diagnostic and confirmed it was getting proper voltage, and the motor was spinning freely, but the blower wouldn’t kick on. He diagnosed it as a bad blower motor that needed to be replaced under warranty. There was a short wait while the part was ordered, but Bryan kept us informed the entire time. The part came in quickly, and we were able to get back on the schedule without any hassle. Once installed, he got us back up and running and our home cooled down fast such a relief! The transition from Cool Atmosphere to Austin Air has been seamless. Bryan G was professional, efficient, communicative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. We appreciate it since this is our Airbnb unit and we had an upcoming reservation that was important to us.
