Call me dramatic, but I wasn't made to live in a house that's 85 degrees in the midst of North Carolina's brutal summer heat. So when I came home to my house nearly boiling on a Friday afternoon, the panic set in quickly. We called Matt after multiple other companies couldn't or wouldn't come out to help us that same night, and he was the only one who said "No problem. I'll be there as soon as I can." And HE WAS. He had our AC unit cranking out beautiful, crisp and cold air faster than I could've even hoped for!
