Great customer service. Julian was so kind and helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. We had a few issues under our kitchen sink and a week later, Julian came back out and fixed it again. Unfortunately we had another very small leak and the manager, Glenn, ended up coming back out and inspecting everything himself. He inspected and repaired it and was so kind. No issues with their work at all. They were very respectful of our time and our property! Thank you guys so much for all your hard work - 4/5 — Anonymous Atlas did it again, I've been having been having problems with hot water making it to the back of the house so after the first successful transaction with Atlas I called them again. After mentioning what I was looking for they said they could have a tech over within 30 mins to provide an estimate. Justin arrived on time and he has done my water heater previously. He made some suggestions and we agreed on the solution. After giving me the damage I agreed to the price and he had the job done in an hour. Justin was fast and courteous and did a nice job . While I can't attest to the price being the best or worst but I can say the fast and honest clean work is usually worth it. - 5/5 — Anonymous Atlas plumbing did a good job at reinstalling a water heater that had been previously installed incorrectly. Glen Glove was knowledgeable and professional. I placed the call at 9am had an estimate then all repairs done by 12:30 same day. - 5/5 — Anonymous Alex was amazing again! He brought along a trainee today. They were both very respectful of our home & all the occupants here (pets & humans). Alex went above & beyond several ways; including by 1. Only jackhammering exactly 9 tiles from our bathroom 2. Offering to step outside while my husband & I discussed options, 3. Clearly explaining all of those options & allowing us to make a decision, while also giving us guidance & his expert opinions. He did this last time as well & we were so grateful then too. Alex is a perfect tech to have someone train with! (Side note: he is very respectful of my Gen X self & how I like to try DIY before calling a professional. It’s very considerate of him to acknowledge that) Turns out we had literal tree roots growing up in our pipes! Thank you guys for being reliable.
