I feel my tenant living in my private house is able to schedule appointments around her work schedule. The invoice number is 31365170. No 45 minute job justify this charge. I suggest you find a reputable plumbing company. That have honest charges. They are not an Auto dealership. This plumber never gave an estimate. He said it was an easy fix. It was he only took 45 minutes. He replaced 6 inches of 1/2 in copper tubing with 2 cupplings. The bill was $490 and it was not itemized. Highway robbery. I also want to add, it was not an emergency service. No excuse for this outrageous billing. I also want to add this business filters comments on FB so you can not get the whole truth regarding their billing practices. The $135.50 charge should have waived when the tech decided to do the job. The flame rate $350.50 for the 45 minute job is not justified. Please do not use this plumber. - 5/5 — Anonymous Prompt, professional and courteous service. Kyle replaced an outside spigot that was leaking. That required cutting a portion of sheetrock inside to access the pipe. He even installed a shut-off valve for extra safety as the old pipe had actually partially frozen, and he installed an access panel for easy access if needed again in the future. Great service! In Maine, during bad weather, we are unable trying to find someone to help us when things like frozen pipes happen.
