I called to schedule an appointment and was able to have a technician come out the next day. We had a number of plumbing concerns a leaking toilet, a rigged messy leaking p-trap, and a leaking sink. Yadson was incredibly professional, kind and informative - he laid out all of our options for us and the pricing was very fair. There was no pressure to commit and he wasn’t pushy, just kind and he answered all of our questions. We decided to have the p-trap replaced as well as an old toilet and he was able to get it done the same day. Yadson & his colleague did the repairs quickly & thoroughly - he even asked for cleaning products & cleaned around where the old toilet had been before installing the new one. We had held off on these repairs for a while fearing it would be too expensive but we’re so happy we went with this company.
